Windows 10: Microsoft Store Payment Issue

Hi there,When I go to pay for an app on Microsoft Store the pop up box is blank white, no option to confirm payment details. This is happening on 3 computers with same account, a friends computer with different account in their house so not network related, tried resetting app, editing payment options removed and added new method, both computers fully up to date, etc. etc. Does anyone here have any knowledge of an issue with the service?

not accepting payment

Hi Ryan,

One of the factor why you're having issues purchasing an app in Windows Store is due to payment method settings. See this article:

Issues with using Microsoft gift cards on Microsoft Store in Windows 10.

Thank you for your response with the current status of the issue.

I suggest you to try to click on Shop for apps, games and more in the Store
as displayed in the first screenshot. Then check if you are able to shop using the gift card.

Also I recommend you add a payment method by referring to the below steps and check if it helps.

1. Open Windows Store.

2. Then click on Your Account.

3. Click on Payment Options.

4. Under Payment options, click on Add a payment option.

5. Check if you are able to see the Gift Card in the list.
