Windows 10: Microsoft Store pop up when downloading

So everytime I download something from my browser there'a a pop up window from the Microsoft Store asks me if I want to donload this beuase it's not from the store. That was annoying but ok. In the last few days the pop up also appears when I want to download something but it doesn't load so I can't press the button that I want to download it even if it's not from the store. So I watched a few videos on YouTube and removed the store completely from my laptop by using powershell commands. But when I want to download something now the pop up window also appears and it doesn't load. So I wanted to ask you how to avoid that pop up when downloading. It really sucks because I'm not able to download anything...

Downloading is Slow from Store.

I suggest you to clear Windows Store cache and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows logo key + R.
• Type wsreset.exe on Run window and press enter.
• Check if issue persists.

Try to run the sfc scan and check if the Windows store downloads faster:

Run a System File Checker (SFC) scan to check for any file corruption.
SFC scan will scan for corrupt system files on the computer and repair them.

• Press Windows key + X, click
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
  
  sfc /scannow

Unable to download apps from Windows Store

Step 1: Re-register the Store App and check.

  Yes to open Command Prompt with administrator privileges.
