Windows 10: Microsoft store refusing to install, not sure if even properly uninstalled

Hello,I'm trying to install the Microsoft Store app on my Windows 10 PC and I'm having no luck. I previously tried uninstalling it, which kind of worked. It doesn't show up in my list of installed apps, but when I search for it with Windows search it pops up with a blank document icon and will do absolutely nothing when clicked on.I've tried running wsreset plus a million powershell commands which all result in errors, upgrading my current version of windows, resetting the app I did this before uninstalling it and that's what broke it and installing it through the Xbox app. I uninstalled it

It's listed in the guide, but make sure to uninstall all instances of Microsoft Visual C++ from the Control Panel.

Restore Microsoft Store application in Windows 10

After multiple attempts, I managed to get Store open by enabling Developer mode (as suggested by one of the posters here) and running the command "Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}" in Powershell. Not sure if is exactly the solution since I've tried different steps suggested by different users in different forums (including uninstalling Store separately) but hey, I am not complaining!
