Windows 10: Microsoft Store Requiring Sign In to "Get" Despite Already Being Signed In to Store

I'm having issues with the Microsoft Store and all I'm trying to do is download a new theme from Microsoft Corp. I am signed into the store with my organizational account but when I click on "Get" it pops up a window prompting me to log-in which only seems to let me log in with a personal account. I don't have a personal Microsoft account nor do I want to create one. It's worth it to note that even before I was signed into the store it was still prompting me to sign in. Any good workarounds here?

I have also tried the Troubleshooter, as suggested in one of the pages that @dalchina suggested (other methods are not very helpful). This is what I got





So, does it mean that one cannot sign in just into Store, without using the Microsoft account to sign in into Windows?

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.

I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.
