    Microsoft Store Roblox App does not fully load.


    The Microsoft Store Roblox App will not fully load on my Windows Tablet.


    Windows Version: Windows 10 Home 1903 OS Build 18362.356


    Roblox would load until it says Hello, *USERNAME*! and its an infinite loading screen the 3 blue dots just keep cycling. I've tried uninstalling/Reinstalling, Port Forwarding the recommended ports, disabling the firewall/anti-virus, and set the IP address to a DMZ. Note that Roblox is fully functional via web browsers. Reason I like the Microsoft Store Version is that it supports the tablets Touch screen and my son can play it freely without a mouse and keyboard. I'm all out of ideas on how to mitigate this issue. Your help would be greatly appreciated!!

    Roblox from microsoft store error

    Option 1:

    Open Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features

    Scroll down to Roblox

    Select it

    Click Advanced options

    Click Terminate

    Restart

    Check the Store for updates

    See if it launches successfully.

    Option 2:

    Open Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features

    Scroll down to Roblox

    Select it

    Click Advanced options

    Click Reset

    Restart

    Check the Store for updates

    Option 3:

    Open Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features

    Scroll down to Roblox

    Select it

    Click Advanced options

    Click Uninstall

    Restart

    Check the Store for updates

    Launch the Microsoft Store:

    Click the ellipsis in the top right corner of the screen (...)

    Click My Library

    Scroll through the list then click the Roblox game if its listed there, then click the download button.

    If doesn't help, let us know and we can explore more options.
