Windows 10: Microsoft Store Roblox doesnt run properly

Whenever i click on the launch button in the windows store version of roblox it just opens for a couple of seconds and then closes itself. I have tried numerous solutions that I could find on the internet to fix this problem and almost none of them work, i've tried resetting the roblox app and I have tried resetting the windows store application and still none of them work. I have also tried uninstalling and installing the application and still it does not work. I also updated my drivers to see if it solves the problem but it didnt change one bit. Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

Uninstalling Roblox and deleting the Roblox folder after uninstalling will remove any corrupted or outdated files left over and should fix the problem when you reinstall it.

Step 1: Uninstall Roblox

1-Click on Start then click on Settings

2-Click on Apps, search for Roblox and click on that

3-Then click on Uninstall and wait until finish

Step 2: Delete the Roblox folder

1-Right-click on Start then click on Run

2-Type:%localappdata% and click on Ok

3-Search for the Roblox folder and delete it

4-Reboot your computer, reinstall Roblox and check if the problem was fixed

Note: This should not delete any places that you may have saved in Studio unless you have manually chosen to save them in this folder.

Thank you for the reply, but even after doing all of the steps you mentioned i still wasnt able to open the microsoft version of roblox. Are there any other solutions to this problem?
