Windows 10: Microsoft Store saying "Just a Moment" then going away while trying to sign up.

I am trying to sign into Microsoft store, whenever I click the sign in button, and It gives me the option to add an account or sign into an existing account. Whenever I pick one of those, I click continue and it tells me "Just a Moment" but then nothing happens, the thing just disappears. Then my mouse starts loading with the blue spiral thing until I move it. I have tried everything. I did a reset on the app, I restarted my computer multiple times. I have tried watching tutorials but I can't find any video of people having the same problem as me. I have seen some people have this problem on t

Microsoft Store stuck on just a moment when i attempt to sign in

When I click on the sign in icon in the Microsoft Store, I sign in with my account and then the just a moment screen appears. It goes on until it says try again later in about 5 minutes.

Please help

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.
