Windows 10: Microsoft Store says completed but I can't open it.

I'm trying to download Sea of Thieves from the Microsoft Store. I pressed install and after a couple of hours it was done and saying "Completed". But when I try to open the game it gives the error "This app can't open". So I checked the Microsoft Store again and now there was again an install button. When I press it, it instantly says "Completed" and gets stuck there. If I refresh the page, again there is an install button. Game doesn't show up at "Apps & features" and I can't delete/re-install the game. I tried running "wsreset .exe" but it didn't fix it. I also checked WindowsApps folde

For Windows store issue you may refer the following suggestion:

I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.

I hope this doesn't turn out to be the bad decision that I think it will be. I don't think it is a good time, but I guess they have the money to burn don't they? They are really going to have to do something special to attract customers to their stores. Throwing Windows and miscellaneous software/hardware into a storefront isn't going to produce a winner. Hopefully they will hire some people like previous posters instead of the typical computer store douchebags who don't care. (No offense if you work in a computer store and care.)
