Windows 10: Microsoft store showing “another app is installing”?

I had purchased a new pc and while trying to download epic game launcher for gaming, it gives me a “Another app is installing right now. Wait until it finishes, then try again.” Message every time but not with other applications such as Apple Music which I was able to download. I tried resetting all my applications, the pc, and checked my library for anything including updates which I completed, yet I’m still getting the same error message. The code it’s giving me for the error message is: 0x8A150102.

Microsoft 10 Store My Library Shows No Installed Apps But I Have Installed Apps

No it did not work and step 2 is incorrect there is no Microsoft Store listed under Apps & Features or maybe this shows there is another problem. I did reset the store using the WSReset command. But no it did not work.

 

Microsoft store shows app Installed...not so

Tried both suggestions as the Troubleshooting step did not fix the issue...Reset Windows Store and now the Appl in the store shows I OWN it...prior it showed it as installed.

So still cannot re-install the app......
