Windows 10: Microsoft Store Sign In Button Does Nothing, and “Email & Accounts” In Settings Stuck In...

Background Context: I have two Microsoft accounts, an older one which contains all my purchased games I will refer to this as my gaming account, and a newer one used for my laptop I will refer to this as my laptop account. Roughly three months ago I tried signing into the Microsoft store with my gaming account. However, when the “sign in” button was pressed, nothing happened, no pop-up window, no error message, nothing. I tried fixing this issue with no luck and then forgot about it. Fast-forward to yesterday, I wanted to play Minecraft which was previously purchased on my gaming account.

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.

Sign in to Manage how you sign in to Microsoft with your Microsoft account. If you’re having issues signing in to your Microsoft account, go to Microsoft account help.

Then enter the AOL details
they will send a verification email to your nominated security check - email address or whatever you set up as a security check
When you have passed that proceed and choose as shown on the microsoft link
If you want to use an existing email address or phone number, go to step 6.
Under Sign-in preferences, select Change sign-in preferences.
