Windows 10: Microsoft Store: "Something happens to our end" error

Hello,I just got some problems with my Microsoft store. I just updated my Windows 10 to 11 some months ago. Everything seemed OK until one day my laptop got a blue screen error and I needed to reinstall my operating system. I got help from a colleague. He installed for me Window 10.Idk what happened, but after that day, my Microsoft Store hasn't worked. First, I tried to download Ubuntu for Window Subsystem Linux but failed. It told me the error: "Something happened on our end." I tried a lot of ways to fix it: ctrl + r-wsreset.exe; troubleshooter, reset,... but it still failed.Then I tried to

• Are you using a local account or a Microsoft Account to login the PC?
  • If you are using a Microsoft account, then check out ABSwenson's reply on this

• What exactly were the troubleshooting steps done in order to resolve the issue?

I am also seeing the issue of
