Windows 10: Microsoft store sorry about that something went wrong but we are making it right try...

Hi, I'm having some issues running Microsoft Store. It comes up with sorry about that something went wrong but we are making it right try refreshing or come back later every time you run it. I tried nearly everything I can find but it still wouldn't work. In the end I did a delprof and removed the user from my machine. After that it worked and I finally got everything back as I wanted it when the store stopped again giving the same message.I have tried removing and re-installing - doing a repair and then reset on it - checked the service is running but still nothing. It works fine if you

Hi a few days ago i had this problem with Microsoft store its say sorry about that something went wrong but we are making it right try refreshing or come back later , after that Telegram couldn't connect to internet and some apps are not working on internet but my internet work on edge and chrome plz i need help

The error message Windows cannot find ‘ms-windows-store: PurgeCaches’. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again means that your Microsoft Store is not registered. For us to assist you, we suggest that you follow the steps listed below
to re-register your Microsoft Store:

• Press the Windows button + X.
• Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the command prompt, enter the following command:
  
  PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
• Restart your PC and see if the issue persists.

• Is the Norton Antivirus still installed on the system?
  

We are unable to see the screenshot that you have included, I would suggest you to share the screenshot again so that we can view it for you. Please refer

upload the screenshot.

Note: Make sure you don’t capture any personal information while taking the screenshot.


If Norton Antivirus is still installed, I suggest you to disable Norton Antivirus and check if you are able to open Microsoft Store. Please follow the steps from

Turn off Norton to disable Norton Antivirus.

Note: If you disable the security software, the system might be temporarily exposed to security threats and risks. Please make sure to turn it on after performing the steps.

Method 1: Fix Store launch

I suggest you to follow the troubleshooting steps from the article
Microsoft Store doesn't launch.

Method 2: Sign out and sign in to Store

1. Type Store in the search bar on the
   Taskbar.
   
2. Select the Store icon from the search result.
   
3. Click on the ellipsis on the top right corner of the window.
   
4. Logout from the Store and login with the same
   Microsoft account.
