Windows 10: Microsoft store starts enstalling a game but never finishes. HELP

So ive been trying to reinstall forza hurizon 4 (it wasnt working so i thought i would reinstall it) and i cant install it anymore.

ive tried to reset it, didnt work and ive tried a few other things.

when i press the download button its eather says "pending" "downloading Forza Hurzion 4" and the n nothing happens.
