Windows 10: Microsoft store stuck on installing loop

Discus and support Microsoft store stuck on installing loop in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; When I open my microsoft store app it's constantly stuck on installing Candy Crush Friends Saga and when I click the application it says it's installed...     Microsoft store stuck on installing loop


    When I open my microsoft store app it's constantly stuck on installing Candy Crush Friends Saga and when I click the application it says it's installed exactly the same for the "Your Phone" application and now because these 2 are stuck on saying they're downloading it won't let me install anything else,


    I've tried:

    - Pausing all then cancelling

    > Restarts the installation going back to the same loop


    - Clicking download now on the applications I want

    > Just stays on a pending loop then when I go back to it it's canceled the installation


    - Clearing cache

    > Nothing changes


    - Uninstalling microsoft store

    > Nothing changes


    - Resetting the microsoft store

    > Again... Nothing happens


    - Leaving it to run

    > It's been 3 days... the status's of all of them have stay'd the same...


    I have tried absolutely everything the internet has said that will fix it and nothing changes and it won't change state!!!!

    A corrupted Microsoft Store cache is one of the possible reasons why some apps are stuck in an "installing phase" when you try to uninstall them. We suggest that you try running the
    Windows App troubleshooter to troubleshoot the issue.

    If the issue persists, we suggest that you reset the Microsoft Store cache. You can follow the steps below to reset the Microsoft Store cache:

    • Press Windows + R keys to open the run
      command       box.
    • Type WSReset, then try launching Microsoft Store and sign in.

    • Did you get any error messages?
    • Have you tried to boot in Safe mode?
