    after watching some video on youtube i restart the computer

    Hello PickleTacos.

    You can try resetting and clearing Microsoft Store cache, Follow these steps:

    Run WSReset.exe

    • Open the search bar;
    • Type wsreset and then click on the first result that appears;
    • A Command Prompt will open but will close by itself after a few seconds;
    See if it worked, I await your reply.
