Windows 10: Microsoft store stuck on queued/ checking dependencies

i cant download anything. I've tried almost everything suggested and nothing works

Uninstalled apps stuck "installing" in Microsoft Store (MSN News)

A corrupted Microsoft Store cache is one of the possible reasons why some apps are stuck in an "installing phase" when you try to uninstall them. We suggest that you try running the
Windows App troubleshooter to troubleshoot the issue.

If the issue persists, we suggest that you reset the Microsoft Store cache. You can follow the steps below to reset the Microsoft Store cache:

• Press Windows + R keys to open the run
  command box.
• Type WSReset, then try launching Microsoft Store and sign in.

Microsoft Store Check Your Connection error

Hi,

I am using Windows 10 Pro and I cannot access the Microsoft Store. When I open it, I get a message saying "Check your connection. Microsoft Store needs to be online. It looks like you're not." Underneath this message, there is a button labeled "Check Connection", it brings me to the Network Status page under Windows Settings. This page indicates that I am in fact connected to the Internet. I found a few videos on YouTube that suggested the following:

1. Make sure I am not set to use a proxy server
   
2. Repair the Microsoft Store App
   
3. Reset the Microsoft Store App
   
4. Make sure that my system date and time (including time zone) is correct and not set to automatically update.
   
5. Try the Windows App troubleshooting tool for the Microsoft Store app
   
6. Remove and then reinstall the Microsoft Store app.
   

If anyone here can suggest any other troubleshooting steps I can take, I would greatly appreciate it.

Store App Showing Queued Apps

As per the information that you have provided, I suggest that you reset Windows Store Cache and Cookies and check if it helps.

1. Close Windows Store, once done tab on Win+R.

2. In the dialog box type wsreset and hit Enter.

3. This will reset Windows Store, open the app and check if the queued apps are removed.
