Windows 10: Microsoft store sync

Discus and support Microsoft store sync in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; when I first log into microsoft store after a new install some type of sync happens where it automatically installs skype, nvidia control panel,...     when I first log into microsoft store after a new install some type of sync happens where it automatically installs skype, nvidia control panel, changes my background to a background I used a year ago and causes an issue where when restarting windows the restart screen stays up for about 3 minutes. This happens RIGHT after I first log into my microsfot account in Microsoft Store and I am not installing anything from store just logging in. I have Microsoft sync turned off in settings/account, and have microsfot one drive uninstalled. Can someone please help, I have games purchased in Microsoft

    Microsoft Account not syncing WP8.1

    Hi Michael,

    We suggest that you manually sync your Microsoft account by following these steps:

    • Go to Settings.
    • Tap email + accounts.
    • Tap and hold your Microsoft account.
    • Tap sync.

    Check also if you have the correct date and time set on your phone.
