Windows 10: Microsoft Store "Try that again/Page could not be loaded. Please try again later"

Hi,Code: 0x80131500CV: TFpf80vQTkuiqo3PI'm trying to open the Microsoft Store and it pops up with the same error, "Try that again/Page could not be loaded. Please try again later", every time. Same error with the Feedback Hub and Mail. My main concern is the app storeHere are the methods I have already tried and have not worked:I have not installed any antivirus that could potentially influence this.I don't have any proxies set.I have updated my computer to the latest Windows 11I have ran wsreset.exeI have ran sfc /scannowI have also ran the windows troubleshooter for store, no differ

How do I fix the Microsoft Store "Page could not be loaded. Please try again later." error?

I am getting an annoying error which is preventing me from downloading any app on windows 10 Enterprise Build 14393.1884.

The exact error is:

"Try that again.Page could not be loaded. Please try again later."
Code: 0x80131500

What I've tried:

• Running the wsreset.exe to reset the windows store.
  
• Opening the powershell as admin and running Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
  
• Ran the application debugger to trouble shoot it, which didn't do anything noteworthy.
  
• Modified the DNS records to see if that helped. It did not.
  
• Went to Settings > Apps & Features > Store and did a "reset"
  
• Updated to the latest version of Windows 10.
  
• Changed my region settings and restarted the machine.
  
• Ran the windows update troubleshooter
  
• Restarting, after each step, and logging out/back in etc.
  

None of these things seem to have any effect on the store not responding.

 

Windows store: Page could not be loaded please try again later

Bought Forza horizon 4 for pc on the windows store, It loaded up fine and I ran the benchmark to test the settings and got a lovely solid 60fps, exited out of the game while I ate food and returned 5 minutes later and now I can;'t even access the game as clicking on it on the windows store gives the 'Page could not be loaded please try again later' message and the error code Code: 0x00000194.

Well that's friday night ruined after waiting all day for it to download, I'm absolutely raging now.
Anybody got any solutions so I can at least play 20 minutes of the damn thing? If not where do i go for windows store refunds (given that the store now seems to be broken).
