Windows 10: Microsoft Store Ubisoft+ Multi Access subscription

Good afternoon I bought a Ubisoft+ subscription, but the subscription is not active on the Ubisoft Connect account associated with my Xbox account, please tell me what I need to do to activate the Ubisoft+ Multi Access subscription I purchased in the Microsoft Store on my Ubisoft Connect account

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

 

Why won't Ubisoft's Zoo Tycoon run on my hp notebook?

Hi,

I suggest you to run the Ubisoft's Zoo Tycoon game in compatibility mode and check if it works.

Follow the below steps:

1. Right click on the Ubisoft's Zoo Tycoon game and select Properties.

2. Select Compatibility tab.

3. Check Run this program in Compatibility mode.

4. Let the game run and then check the functionality.

Also, I suggest you to run the game as administrator by Right clicking
on Ubisoft's Zoo Tycoon game and selecting Run as administrator option

Have you tried to reset the Windows Store as stated in the above response?

If the issue still persists after deploying the above troubleshooting steps, try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
and check.

1. Press
Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on Control Panel.

2. In the
Control Panel window, select Category and then select
Large icons.

3. Click on
Troubleshooting.

4. Click
View all and then click Windows Store Apps.

5. Click
Next and follow on-screen instructions.

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
