Windows 10: Microsoft Store: Unable to download ANY app

Hi, Struggling to be able to download ANY kind of app from the Microsoft store to my Windows 11 PC;I click "get"the the box moves through the following:Loading Aqquiring licensePendingRetry - there has been an error see details : Something went wrong. We're aware of the issue and working to fix it. Try refreshing or come back later.Code: 0x80070005For reference I have run a trouble shoot on the app and I have ran Microsoft commands on Powershell to restart, reset and reinstall microsoft store all with no use.

• Type WSReset, then try downloading the app again.

unable to download itunes from microsoft store

I am unable to download the itunes app on to my pc from the Microsoft store. I select itunes, I get to the itunes app page and click "download now." When I do this, it opens a new Microsoft Store window listing a whole bunch of "Essential Apps." I scroll down the list of "essential apps," find itunes again and select it, which brings me back to the same itunes download page I started with. But when I select "download now" it just opens up the "Essential Apps" window again. What am I doing wrong?
