Windows 10: Microsoft Store unable to download or update apps on Windows 11.

Hey!Since I performed a clean install of Windows 11 on my new drive, the Microsoft Store is not able to update apps anymore. When selecting a new app to download or when updating an existing app, the library shows "Pending" or "Downloading" on the app. I waited for an hour and none have finished yet. In the screenshot below, you can see the behaviour:Things I have tried:- Performed a clean install of Windows 11 twice- Updated Windows to latest version- Under the Microsoft Store app options selected repair and reset.- Signed out and back in again in the Microsoft store- Ran wsreset.exe- Ran W

We would like to know what’s the result after running the apps troubleshooter. Please refer to this

if you wish to download the troubleshooter.

In case that the troubleshooter didn’t help on this matter, we suggest that you reset the Microsoft Store. Kindly follow the steps:

• Press Windows + R keys to run the command box.
• Type WSReset, then try downloading the app again.

Unable to download apps from Windows Store

I suggest you to login through administrator Microsoft Account and perform the below steps and check if it helps:

Step 1: Re-register the Store App and check.

• 
  Right click on Start button on the desktop and select
  Command Prompt (Admin).
  
• 
  Here, User Account Control window pops up and click on
  Yes to open Command Prompt with administrator privileges.
  
• 
  Type the below command in the Command Prompt:

  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
