Windows 10: Microsoft store unknown layout in manifest

I just install windows 10 and I try to open Microsoft Store but when I check "Download and updates." it shows me like that Picture. I try all to fix this. I change region, I use cmd and run command "sfc /scannow" , I reset it but that all not working sorry, I noob with English

I am writing to you today because I am experiencing the "Unknown layout specified in manifest" error in the Microsoft Store app on my Windows 10 computer. This error is preventing me from using the Store.

I have tried all of the following troubleshooting steps:

• I have reset the Microsoft Store app.
  
• I have run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.
  
• I have reregistered the Microsoft Store app.
  
• I have updated Windows.
  
• I have disabled my antivirus software temporarily.
  
• I have checked for corrupted system files using the System File Checker (SFC) tool.
  

Unfortunately, the error persists after trying all of these steps. I am at my wit's end and I need your help.

Please advise me on how to proceed. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a step-by-step solution to this problem.

Microsoft lumia 640XL : unknown layout specified in manifest in microsoft store (windows 10 phone)

I have a microsoft lumia 640 XL. Whenever I am opening store app on it. It says "unknown layout specified in manifest" in microsoft store app. It runs on windows 10 home. I cannot even troubleshoot in settings as there is no such option given. Please help!
