Windows 10: Microsoft Store Updates & Other Downloads

Since installing Windows 11 The Microsoft Store hasn't worked correctly once. As soon as it loads, and I click on "Library" it shows a list of apps that need to be updated or are currently in the process of updating but absolutely nothing is happening. Clicking "Update All" and "Get Updates" doesn't do anything either. A support person had me run a command in PowerShell that removed Microsoft Store and then another that, I'm assuming reinstalled it because I was able to search for it. Now I'm at the point where I was instructed to download the Windows 11 Installation Assistant but when I did t
