Windows 10: Microsoft store vanished?!

My microsoft store stopped updating and downloading apps, so a bunch of people suggested that I reset it in the settings. The reset button had some text saying that it'll be reinstalled after the reset. I reset it and it was gone, just like that.

I'm not technologically illiterate like most people but I've tried inserting very command you can think of into the windows powershell, I've been inside and out of this damn computer and I cannot for the life of me get back my microsoft store. It's also causing problems with all of my apps that I downloaded through microsoft store, so now my instagram is gone, probably because it can't update or anything.

I don't know, it's just bugging me (No pun intended) Anyone know what to do?

Also please don't suggest resetting my PC because with the amount of work I have on this thing that's no even close to an option. Thanks!

App store and Microsoft account

Thank you for the advice

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

To resolve your concern about Windows Store, we suggest for you to follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + R key to open Run.
• Type wsreset.exe and press
  Enter.
• Restart the PC, sign in with your Microsoft user account and check if you are able to find Windows Store.

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
