    I recently reinstalled the microsoft store version of Roblox, but after doing so it started treating my device as a touch device. I didnt change anything but it just started being weird like that.

    Roblox is treating my laptop like a tablet

    Roblox is treating my laptop like a tablet, which is strange because it hasn't done this before. This causes limits to many features such as shift-lock that help my gameplay. I don't understand why this happened because it happened so randomly and my laptop is an Acer laptop, which doesn't have touchscreen or features like that. I would appreciate any help. Thank you!

    Roblox shift lock isn't working on microsoft store version

    use the website download and it will know your on pc, it will be like the roblox app from the microsoft store, but it wont identify your on mobile or tablet because its an app and not made for pc. download the roblox app from the roblox website.

    Hey there, Player101par

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community forums.

    It looks as though the App packages for Roblox may still be on your device, which is why it is not installing.

    Please can you:

    • Press Win key & R together,
    • Type: wsreset
    • Press enter
    Then try again at launching Windows store and downloading Roblox.
