Windows 10: Microsoft store will not let me download apps no matter what i try.

I was having this issue for a couple of months on an old pc where i tried everything id seen online. However now i gave up and lived with it as i knew i was purchasing a new laptop in a couple of months. However, i am now having the same issue on this brand new laptop with the error code 0x80072F78 this is the same error code on my old pc i have checked. This has lead me to believe that the issue has to be to do with my account and not my hardware. I have not transferred over any files from my old pc yet apart from those on my one drive which i have also tried disconnecting. i have tried dow

Pending Issue in Downloading app from Microsoft Store

I am writing to seek assistance with downloading apps from the Microsoft Store on my Windows 11 system. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered an issue where apps remain stuck in a pending state, and I’m unable to download or update them.

Problem Description:

• Apps are not downloading or updating.
  
• They remain stuck in the queue for an extended period.
  

Steps Taken:

1. I’ve signed out and signed back into my Microsoft Store account.
   
2. I’ve cleared the Microsoft Store cache using the wsreset command.
   
3. I’ve attempted to repair the Microsoft Store installation.
