Windows 10: Microsoft Store will not let me play Rated M game

I'm trying to play halo on my pc with this free Xbox game pass that came with a laptop I got about a year ago but every time I launch it it says I need to ask an adult in my family if I can use it. I am 21 years old with no family settings on whatsoever and I've checked multiple times, redownloaded the game 3 times and it still is saying I cant play it without permission. Please help me I just wanted to play halo 3 man.
