Windows 10: Microsoft Store Will NOT Update ANY apps, Code: 0x80073CFE

After researching this to the best of my ability, I cannot fathom how this has been going on without no surefire fix other than reformatting. A few weeks ago, I could update and play Minecraft with my sons. Since there was a new update, I attempted to do it through MS store. To my surprise, there is a list of apps that just error out. I do believe I have tried every fix, but out of desperation I am going to see what this post might drum up.It's absurd getting someone on the phone would appear to be impossible now. And it appears even live chat is all but defunct.Would appreciate any help that

Yes, I have created a new local admin account. I get the same error code (0x80073CFE) in "Store" when trying to update apps on the new account.
