Windows 10: microsoft store wont download roblox on 2 laptops

all of a sudden microsoft store has become very slow, and wont download anything for me, roblox game comes up with error code 0x80072f8f. i have tried the repair and restore option with microsoft store. i have disabled my firewall. i have uninstalled the latest security update. the same thing is happening on another laptop linked to the same account.any ideas??

Microsoft Store says Roblox is "owned" but there is no trace of Roblox on my laptop

I am trying to download the Roblox app onto a new laptop.

Microsoft Store says that i now "own" Roblox.

There is no evidence of Roblox on my laptop.

I have followed every step in this article, but these steps have not helped:

May I ask if by update you mean a system update or a Roblox app update? I can understand that it must be a difficult situation for you when things don't work as expected. However, let's follow these methods and check if they work.



1. Microsoft Store Cache Cleanup

• Right-click the Start icon and select "Windows Terminal (Administrator)" -> Enter: wsreset.exe
  

2.Reset Microsoft Store

• Open "Settings" -> Applications -> Applications and Features -> Find "Microsoft Stroe", select -> "Advanced Options" and reset
  

3. Uninstall and reinstall Roblox

• Download it on the internet and use roblox from your browser and try to see if the problem persists.
  
• You need to uninstall roblox in the application settings (Settings -> Apps -> Apps & features -> find the roblox app inside the right input box and click uninstall), then click on the link here, click on the game and it will ask you to install roblox.

Roblox On the Microsoft Store

Welcome to the Microsoft Community forums.

It looks as though the App packages for Roblox may still be on your device, which is why it is not installing.

Please can you:

• Press Win key & R together,
• Type: wsreset
• Press enter

Then try again at launching Windows store and downloading Roblox.
