Windows 10: Microsoft store won't install any applications.

Recently, I have been trying to install Minecraft Windows 10 edition from the Microsoft store, but for some reason, it refuses to install. Whenever I hit the "Install" button, nothing will happen. I've tried it with other apps, like the Xbox Insider app, but the same thing happens. Sometimes, my cursor would turn into a red circle with a cross in it whenever I hover over the install button. Prior to this, there were three installations that were in queue, but I have never put them in queue and none would install. One was labeled "DirectX Runtime" and the other two were something about Microsoft C++ redistributables. Since then, all three installations have disappeared. Please if anyone has any solutions, it will be greatly appreciated.

when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

 

Skype won´t wok in 17063

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!
