Windows 10: Microsoft Store Won't Install Anything Even After Reinstalling Windows

My microsoft store refuses to download anything, it will get stuck on pending permanantly and is laggy, and when I try to cancel the failed download, it takes several tries and a long time for that proccess to go through as well. I have tried every fix I could find on this forum, running every command prompt/powershell prompt I've found, I have reset and repaired store from settings though I dont think hitting any of those buttons did anything at all as I never got signed out of my microsoft account attempted to reinstall but that just made problems worse, and the app refuses to reinstall as

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

 

Windows updates won't install!

I had the same problem when i repaired my O/S, i forgot the steps on how to fixed it, but it is in the microsoft support forum.

You have to reinstall the windows updater, then restart the updating service.
