Windows 10: Microsoft Store won’t let me Get Netflix

I have tried the wsreset and powershell methods and signing in and out of the store. Nothing will let me download netflix from the store. Rebooted a couple of times, cleared Store cache as well. System is up to date.

I uninstalled Netflix because it was taking time to launch any show/movie even though the entire playback would go smooth without a hitch.

when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.
