Windows 10: Microsoft store won’t let me sign in

When I try to sign in on the Microsoft store app, the window pops up saying sign in with this account the only one I have or add a new account. Either one I click, it loads for a second and then nothing happens, it doesn’t sign me in. I’ve reset Microsoft store, changed my password, restarted my computer, updated everything I could and nothing is working. It lets me sign in on the website but not the app. Is there anyway I can fix this? Thank you :

when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

 

update Ovi Store install stil won`t work

I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.
