Windows 10: Microsoft Store won't let me sign in

When I open Microsoft Store it says sign in, when I click sign in, it wont even open the window to let me sign in, it just closes immediately

when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

 

update Ovi Store install stil won`t work

thanks for your reaction,phone won`t install the ovi-store

 

I can't sign in windows store and I can't use acount microsoft to sign in windows

  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.
