Windows 10: Microsoft Store won't let me use :E drive

I'm trying to install Fallout 76 in a computer with windows 10 from the Microsoft store, but when I go to download it will only let me select 2 drives with less storage. When I go to settings to change the predetermined drive to install games, it straight up won't show my :E drive and if I try to manually change the folder, it will tell me that it can't use that drive and to use the others one instead. Would put screenshots, but the site won't let me upload images, saying it wasn't found if I try to copy paste and if I try to upload downloaded images it will deceptively say "Done" but below it

when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

 

update Ovi Store install stil won`t work

I suggest you to reset Windows Store Cache and check if it helps.
