Windows 10: Microsoft store wont load any apps

Microsoft store hasnt worked for me since i got my laptop Dell Latitude e5450, Windows 10. First it kept giving connection errors when opening it even when other microsoft apps worked just fine. Now it actually opens, except it wont load any apps. The cover and their names show up, but when i click on them in the store to download, they keep loading forever. Ive waited for hours some days and they still dont work. Ive tried the wsreset command and still wont work. Updating and Troubleshoots dont work either. Has anyone have this happen to them? If so, please leave a fix if you could. Much ap

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

Hi,

I suggest that you reset the Windows Store cache as per the below mentioned steps and check:

• 
  Press Windows key
  and R key together to open the Run Window.
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe
  and press Enter key for the command to execute.
  

If the issue persist, I would suggest you to re-register Windows Store App and check. Please follow the steps:

a. Press Windows key + X.

b. Click command prompt (Run as administrator). type the following command:

powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.XML
