Windows 10: Microsoft Store Wont Load Library

If I open Microsoft Store app and choose library, it shows what I have installed OK. However when I click sort/filter > untick "show installed products only", I get "loading your apps" for hours and it never actually completes. I want to be able to see a list of what I own and then install things.Win10 22H2 19045.2486 and MS Store Version 22212.1401.5.0Ive tried these which didnt help - wsreset, scandisk repair, uninstall/reinstall of windows store with powershell, logging out of my MS account and back in within ms store

Windows 10 App store wont load!

I suggest that you reset the Windows Store cache as per the below mentioned steps and check:

• 
  Press Windows key
  and R key together to open the Run Window.
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe
  and press Enter key for the command to execute.
  

If the issue persist, I would suggest you to re-register Windows Store App and check. Please follow the steps:

a. Press Windows key + X.

b. Click command prompt (Run as administrator). type the following command:
