    Hello everyone, thanks for reading this article.

    My problem is with Microsoft Store.

    I had problems with Minecraft for Windows 10 not loading so I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it and see if that solved the problem. I uninstalled the app without trouble but when I went onto the Microsoft Store and tried to install it please note that I own the product named Minecraft for Windows 10 Edition, not the starter or master packs it did not load. I simply clicked install and nothing happened. The app seemed to freeze as I couldn't click anything and the trailer for Minecraft froze too. I then assumed that Microsoft Store required an update and couldn't install at the moment, so I closed the app and opened it again and went to "Downloads and Updates" but when I did the page did not load, it continously loaded. I clicked get updates, but that, too, did not load Note: No page said that it didn't load, I just said that it couldn't load because it took so long. I am unsure what to do, I paid $27 for this app and it's failing. I'm starting to get angry and impatient. Thank you.



    Note: I do not have administrator permissions so please put any actions that require admin as a last report as I will find it difficult to ask my admin for permission.

    microsoft store games won`t play

    when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

    the splash screen appears then goes

    I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

    I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.
