Windows 10: Microsoft store wont open and every method doesnt fix it

i apologize for bad english So, some months ago i disabled some windows services that disabled the windows store apps. Today i wanted to install minecraft and to install it i need to login in my microsoft store account. I enabled the services that disabled microsoft store but the app didnt open, tried to restart few times but nothing happened. What i did is that i dowloaded the microsoft store manually from a github link but when i open it it doesnt respond and if i try wsreset to clear micrososft store data it says app didnt't started.Here are the things i have triedI troubleshoot windows u

Method 1: Clear the Store cache:


You may try these steps to clear the Store cache and check if it helps:

• Press the "Windows + R" keys on the keyboard.
• Type "wsreset.exe" and press "Enter".
• Reboot the computer and then check the issues with the App.

Method 2: Re-register the Store App and check.

• Right click on Start button on the desktop and select
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• Here, User Account Control window pops up and click on
  Yes to open Command Prompt with administrator privileges.
  
• Type the below command in the Command Prompt:

• powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  

Method 3: I suggest you to refer to the below steps and check:

• 
  Open the Task manager.
  Here’s a tip: Press CTRL+Shift+ESC.
  
• 
  Click File > Run New Task.
  
• 
  Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”.
  
• 
  Type CMD.
  
• 
  Type the following 4 commands at the CMD prompt:

  powershell
  
• 
  Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
  

6. Close the CMD window.

Check to see if the issue is resolved. If not, restart the PC.

a) Do you receive any error code or message while opening Windows Store?

I suggest you to please follow the below mentioned step to fix it.

Method 1:

Reset the cache of Windows Store

* Open run command by pressing Windows Key + R and type “WSReset.exe” (without quotes) and Hit Enter.

Method 2:

If first method doesn’t fix the issue, try this way to re-register the
Windows Store to recover the entry of
Windows Store:

• 
  Click Start.
  
• 
  Type cmd, and then press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER.
  
• 
  If the User Account Control dialog box appears, confirm that the action it displays is what you want, and then click
  Continue.
  
• 
  Type or copy paste the below command line into it
  without quotes:
  

“powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.XML”

Method 3:

Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files:

* Open the command prompt again with the admin right as mentioned in the method 2

* Type sfc /scannow and hit Enter key.
