Windows 10: Microsoft Store won't open, uninstall, or be moved

Hi ! Last night, my laptop suddenly restarted then when I opened it, I thought everything was gone but fortunately found all my files on the Users folder. However, none of my previously installed apps will open, including Microsoft Store. Is there any way I can fix it without rebooting my laptop ? Thanks !

I suggest you to reset Windows Store Cache and check if it helps.

• 
  Press Windows Key + R key to open run box.
  
• 
  Type WSReset.exe and hit Enter.
  

 

microsoft store games won`t play

when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.
