    Microsoft Store Won't Show All My Downloads?


    Alright so for some reason Microsoft Store won't show all my downloads including the ones I've purchased since Windows 8. It really bothers me cause I've dished out a lot of money on this platform and would love to have access to all the old games that I have purchased. Is there any fix for this? This issue also happens on Windows 11 but am currently using Windows 10.

    microsoft store games won`t play

    when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

    the splash screen appears then goes

    I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

    I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

    I suggest you to reset Windows Store Cache and check if it helps.


    • Press Windows Key + R key to open run box.

    • Type WSReset.exe and hit Enter.
