    AS TIME PAST TO KEEP BOTH SUPPORT UP TO DATE , THAT ITEM HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED

    TO MY ACCOUNT , I ALSO ADDED ,IF FOR SOME REASON THE SUPPORT AGENT SEE’S THAT

    DELIVERY IS DONE , TO NOTIFY ME IMMEDIATELY AND IWILL DO THE SAME ONCE I HAVE THE

    ITEM .

    I SENT THE LAST OF 5 EMAILS TO BOTH SUPPORT TEAMS {GAMELOFT&MICROSOFT STORE} ONJULY 1 5:30AM PST OF THESE 10 EMAILS I SENT , I RECEIVED TWO STOCK RESPONSES ONE FROM EACH SUPPORT TEAM THAT MOST LIKELY

    ARE GENERATED BY A MACHINE AI TECH . BOTH RESPONSES ADVISING THSAT THEY ARE

    LOOKING INTO THE ISSUE.

    JULY 1 , 2020 7:30 PM I CHECK MY GAME INVENTORY FOR THIS ITEM AND IT WAS NOT LOCATED IN MY GAMEPLAY LEVEL , SENT OUT INQUIRIES TO BOTH SUPPORT TEAMS , WITHIN THE HOUR I GET A RESPONSE GAMELOFT CUSTOMER CARE STATING THAT ACCORDING THEIR SYSTEM THE PURCHASE ITEM WAS DELIVERED , I WENT THRU THE

    GAMES INVENTORY “ THE SHOP “ AND ALL ACCESSIBLE AREAS AND NOTHING . SO 24 HOURS AFTER THE PURCHASE oRDER # 5470336177 AND ITEM IS NOT TO BE FOUND

    ANYWHERE IN THE GAME ACCESSIBLE BY ME . I REPLY WITH MY FINDINGS AND RECEIVE

    A RESPONSE FROM GAMELOFT SUPPORT ON JULY 1 ,2020 9:15 PM PST GIVING MORE

    INFORMATION ABOUT THE ITEM > {ITEM: WEAPON FOR GAMEPLAY} < NOW FOR THE

    FIRST TIME I AM GETTING THE FULL DATA ON THIS WEAPON , NONE OF THIS INFORMATION

    WAS GIVEN PRIOR TO PURCHASE ,. AFTER NOW SEEING THE ITEMS COMPLETE DESCRIPTION

    I HAD A PRETTY GOOD IDEA WHAT THE ISSUE WAS AND THAT’S WHEN I SENT OUT TWO MORE

    EMAILS ONE TO GAMELOFT AND ONE TO MICROSOFT STORE *****{MICROSOFT SUPPORT AFTER THEIR FIRST RESPONSE , DID NOT RESPONE FURTHER}** THESE EMAILS WERE

    REQUESTS FOR A REFUND OF $29.99 . THE PRICE OF THE ITEM I CANNOT RECEIVE .

    I REQUESTED THE REFUND , BECAUSE AFTER FINALLY RECEIVING INFORMATION THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE AVAILABLE TO ME PRIOR TO MAKING

    THIS PURCHASE BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE NOT MADE THE PURCHASE AND I AM SURPRIZED

    GAMELOFT/MICROSOFT ALLOWED THE TRANSACTION , NOT VERY SURPRISED SINCE I AM

    THE ONLY ONE VICTIMIZED HERE THIS GAME WEAPON ORDER#5470336177 HAS REQUIREMENTS THAT HAVE TO BE MET BEFORE YOU CAN USE IT AND I DO NOT MEET

    THE REQUIRE THE REQUIREMENTS YET , AT MY RATE OF ADVANCEMENT IN THE GAMEPLAY

    WHICH IS BETTER THAN AVERAGE I WILL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS IN 4-6MONTHS , SO I THINK I HAVE GOOD REASON FOR A REFUND REQUEST

    A REFUND , THAT I HAD TO CONTACT MICROSOFT STORE . NOW I AM UPSET , NOT ONLY DID THEY KICK ME TO THE CURB , IT WAS DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE THAT THIS HAPPENED AND

    ADDING FUEL TO THE FIRE , NOW I HAVE TO CONTACT A WEBSITE THAT OVER A 3 DAY

    PERIOD AND MUTIPLE EMAILS AT LEAST 10 ABSWERED ONCE AND IT WAS A PREPARED

    NOTICED MACHINE GENERATED . I SENT 4 MORE REQUEST FOR REFUND TO MICROSOFT STORE

    THRU THE NIGHT , NO RESPONSE FROM MICROSOFT STORE , GAMELOFT WOULD REPLY WITH

    THEIR TERMS ON REFUNDS ALL STANDARD COMPUTRER GENERATED MAILINGS. I WAS SENDING COPIES OF WHAT I SENT TO MICROSOFT. I LOGGED OFF JULY 3 ,2020 1:00AM PST

    THE DARK BY NOT TELLING ME , SEE GAMELOFT SUPPORT WASHES ITS HAND BY DECLARING

    Hi James,

    To resolve your concern about Windows Store, we suggest for you to follow these steps:

    • Press Windows key + R key to open Run.
    • Type wsreset.exe and press
      Enter
      .
    • Restart the PC, sign in with your Microsoft user account and check if you are able to find Windows Store.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Do let us know the exact issue you are facing in accessing the Windows Store?

    Have you tried to reset the Windows Store as stated in the above response?

    If the issue still persists after deploying the above troubleshooting steps, try the below and check if it helps.

    Step 1: I suggest you to run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
    and check.

    Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter, troubleshoots problems that may prevent Windows Store Apps from working correctly.

    1. Press
    Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on Control Panel.

    2. In the
    Control Panel window, select Category and then select
    Large icons.

    3. Click on
    Troubleshooting.

    4. Click
    View all and then click Windows Store Apps.

    5. Click
    Next and follow on-screen instructions.

    Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

    Steps:

    • Connect to the internet.
    • Press Windows key and type
      updates.
    • Click on Check for updates.
    • Under Windows Updates, click on
      Check for updates.
    • Try to install the updates being shown.
