Discus and support Microsoft Sudoku CANNOT be synced to multiple devices without SEVERE LOSS OF PROGRESS in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I want to play Microsoft Sudoku on multiple PCs.   1. Microsoft Sudoku CANNOT be synced to multiple devices without SEVERE LOSS OF PROGRESS


    I want to play Microsoft Sudoku on multiple PCs. When I try this I lose a ton of progress each time. That or I get the following message REPEATEDLY:


    Microsoft Sudoku is out of sync and needs to be restarted.


    All I have to do to get this message to appear is switch to another app and come back to MS Sudoku. The message pops up every time I do this now!


    I finished 14 daily challenges, logged onto another PC, and less than half remained finished. TWICE this has happened! I went from Level 27 to Level 13!!!


    Other responses from Microsoft say to open the menu and turn off Cloud Sync. THERE IS NO OPTION TO DO THIS!!!


    I am at wit's end trying to figure out why Microsoft would do this!!!

    Original Title: Repeated loss of solved history problems

    Running Microsoft Sudoku in Windows 10 for several months without problems. Last week started having problems of loading Sudoku, and then when it sometimes loads my history of previous months, weeks and days is missing - even after solving all 3 daily games
    and getting the bonus, returning later the games show as not having been played. I sometimes get the message that Sudoku couldn't connect to the internet and to check my internet is working. It is, (Fibre broadband) without problems. Every bit of my computer
    has the latest drivers installed. Internet connection troubleshooted without problems. Deleted and reloaded Sudoku several times.

    Can anyone suggest what I might have missed or what steps I might take next?

    • What do you mean by “I selected to install and I am the owner”?

    • Can you see MS Sudoku icon in the menu?

    • Is there any other programs or applications causing the same issue?

    • Have you completed installing MS Sudoku? Was it successful?
