Windows 10: Microsoft Support Calls Back -I press 1 twice and wait.... then Hangs UP - So far 5 times...

I have some certification exams coming up and apparently the Win S Mode is hindering my ability to open the software. Need support to walk me through my options so that I don't mess up the OS system and functionality. I need my laptop to work during my exams. Very concerned about the S Mode limitation. I was not aware that I had this when I bought my laptop. Praying I am not SOL on this. Thanks to whomever can help me! Being hung up on at call #5 is a complete nightmare and unacceptable at this point. I really need help.

Microsoft support call

That's a scam.

Microsoft will never call you out of the blue.

Only if you have previously contacted the official Microsoft Support, they might call you.

Next time you receive such a call: Just hang up!

call waiting

Hi,

To enable the call waiting feature, please follow the steps below:

On the Start screen, select Phone

Enter *43# in the dialer and press call.

To disable it, simply enter #43# in the dialer and press call.

You can see whether call waiting is active, and for which type of calls.

Enter *#43# in the dialler and press call.
