Windows 10: Microsoft Support [Case #:1027482111] - My screen keeps locking when in use, returning me...

I'm really at a loss on what to do next , my computer a HP pav AIO with Windows 10 has been constantly returning to the 'Welcome back "name", dismiss the lock screen'. I boot the computer, do the login, doesn't matter whether I use face recognition, pin or password. I will then start to use any application or try to and the screen will return to the above , camera lights on looking for my face. I can click, return to click on anything and it happens again and again. I've tried HP support and Microsoft support see above case number. The initial help chat required me to run as administra

Lock Screen keeps changing

Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

Windows Spotlight picks the photos from Bing and displays them in the lock screen. I understand that you have set a picture and it is getting changed automatically.

I suggest you to follow the steps to select the Picture that you want to be displayed on the lock screen. Please follow the steps mentioned below to set a Picture to lock screen:

1. Press and hold Windows + I key on the keyboard to open settings.
   
2. Click on Personalization.
   
3. Click on Lock screen.
   
4. Click on the drop down under Background and select
   Picture.
   
5. Click on Browse and select the picture that you want to set.

Lock screen woes

I would suggest you to follow the below steps to try resolving the issue.

Setting the timeout for Lock Screen

• Press Windows + I and select personalization.
  
• Select Lock screen.
  
  
• Select the Screen Timeout setting.
  
• Select the time of timeout you need and check.

Changing lock screen photos

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Navigate to Start>Settings>Personalization.
• In the left navigation pane, click on Lock screen.
• In the right pane, select Pictures from the drop down list under
  Background.
• Select the picture from the list or click on Browse to select your saved images and set as lock screen image.
