I initially had a support ticket with a Windows Activation problem, when updating my BIOS on my computer that has a working copy of Windows 11, i returned to my desktop after the update to be faced with my computer telling me that I do not have a copy of windows. I contacted support and gave control of my desktop to the support for the agent to have to give a hard reset install that wiped 3rd party applications from my computer, saying it will install a true version of windows on my computer after. This was not the case as I came back on and have the same issue after the lengthy reset. I opene

Support Help for Windows 10

How do you get in touch with Microsoft Support?? I am having a problem with my Windows 10 Pro. Opened a ticket with support, they called me, I explained my problem, they went to transfer me to the proper support group and got disconnected. Replied to the ticket creation acknowledgement email requesting a call back but didn't get one. Opened another ticket and went through all steps again only to get disconnedted while being transferred again. Tried a third time with the exact same results. Now I'm being informed that I've reached my daily limit of support calls. Any suggestions on how to get anything that resembles an acceptable level of support??

 

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
