Windows 10: Microsoft Support Emergency Response Tool anymore?

Why am I not able to use Microsoft Support Emergency Response Tool anymore? I got a message saying the version has expired andwill no longer run on my computer. Please let me know why.

Let us isolate your concern by answering the questions below:

• Have you made any changes to the computer software prior to this?
• Are you getting any error messages?
• Can you send us a screenshot to what you are referring to?

In the meantime, we suggest that you follow the steps below and check if the same thing happens:

• Access Task Manager by pressing Windows + Alt +Delete.
• Choose Task Manager.
• Look for Microsoft Support Diagnostic Tool and then click the
  End Task button.

Emergency Alerts

Just to confirm, is this the same thing that you tried on your phone, in order to turn off Amber Alerts?

• Open Settings.
• Tap on System.
• Tap on Messaging.
• Tap on the Change emergency alert settings link.
• Turn on or off the emergency alerts you want.

Let us know if this was the same thing that you tried.

We would also suggest to reset your phone after doing these steps to ensure that the changes on your phone's settings will be refreshed.

Simply press and hold the Power and Volume down button for 15 seconds and then release your hold afterwards.

 

Emergency response on locked screen

Windows phones have become my favourite type of phones, and I prefer seeing them with most essential apps or operating systems. Presently I long to see them with access to calls given to anybody who holds my phone in an emergency. Though it is common
that emergency call screen allows emergency numbers to be called, it's not an obvious case that the one who picks it knows the emergency numbers. Therefore the emergency call screen should show suggested emergency numbers, as well as few specific emergency
numbers the owner of the phone listed to be called. The owner's identity and other essential details should be included for easy handling of the emergency. An example of what I'm pointing at is on the photos I've inserted below, where one bypasses the pin
and press the emergency button.
