Windows 10: Microsoft support ID & Access ID

Hello, My EA customer has requested me to lodge a Premier Support on their behalf, when I get to the Premier Support Portal https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/premier/access, it requires Access ID/Contract ID along with password to get through the portal to lodge a ticket.Can anyone guide what is Access ID/Contract ID? How to get it? Customer doesn't know if they have any, how do they find out?Thanks

Hi,

Having a caller ID can be quite helpful in quickly identifying incoming calls. To activate caller ID on your Windows 10 phone, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings from the app list.
2. Tap Ease of access>More options>Use speech to announce caller ID.

Quicken ID not recognized in Quicken 2019 after 1903 update

• When you say, “Quicken 2019 will no longer recognize Quicken” what happens when you try to sign in to Quicken 2019?
  
• Do you receive any error message/code? If yes, what is the error message/code?

Product ID

Hi Russell,

We appreciate the information you've provided regarding the product ID. To resolve your concern, we suggest that you do the following steps:

• Click on Start and type: Command Prompt.
• Right click on it and select Run as administrator.
• Type: wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey.
• Press Enter. That should give you the product key to type in the activation.
