Windows 10: Microsoft support is a god damn joke.. Seriously?!

My 92 year old grandfather was forced to make an outlook account to install windows 10. he purchased a brand new machine with a brand new windows 10 license, and mistyped his password. I setup our account to email me for recovery issues.. We've tried multiple times to reset his password just to be able to log into the machine and received an email saying that Microsoft couldn't verify the account details and he's now locked out of his account.How does microsoft expect to continue selling computers to the average person and tell them to go online to resolve their issues when they completely lo

Tech Support is a joke!

I just ended a session via remote access with microsoft. What a joke! What was I thinking. Now my entire computer is f***ed up! I was told everything will be just as I had it. I am so pissed off right now I could scream. What a waste of time. I had my
issue resolved after 3 hours and now my entire computer layout is different. Who the hell can you complain to? I am so done with Windows 10 and microsoft and I will never purchase another one of there products! I am going to go back to 8.1 and hope to god
that it turns out okay. I needed to vent somewhere. Windows 10 is the biggest joke and I so regret installing it!!!!

 

Cuting a Simple Video on God Damn N86 Phone !!!!

Maybe I can be doing something wrong, but I recorded a video that is 4 minutes long and I want to remove the first 2 minutes and always that I try to cut the God Damn movie the phone says: "Not Enough Memory. Please delete some files on C: Drive"

**** ! The phone doesn't even let me choose the destination drive...

There is a way to cut on the phone itself ?!?! (a.k.a choose the destination drive for the file) ?!?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
