Windows 10: Microsoft Support is incapable of helping and wastes time. Doesn't fix issue and closes...

I recently bought a $200 full distribution of Windows 11 Pro. As is expected the Windows update and install did not work. I've opened multiple tickets with no help, with many of the tickets being closed without support or having notes added that the technician tried to reach out when they did not. I also have screen-shots of the emails sent by technicians outside of their included work hours, claiming they attempted to contact me. Microsoft support is the ABSOLUTE WORST. Their technicians don't know anything about troubleshooting outside of following a script in front of them, they have n

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

microsoft support is a useless waste of time

My connection was with Lark. The issue took approximately an hour. Brand new 1X. Had connected to internet for a couple of days. It wont now. They suggest Sky is the issue (provider) they, Sky suggest Microsoft as I have laptop and iphone connection to the
web. I then waited 45 mins for a reply from Lark...Nothing!

I reconnected with William. William cannot liaise with Lark, so I'm stuck in limbo. The Xbox goes back to Argos tomorrow. What a complete utter waste of time, **** service!!

 

Screen doesn´t turn off when Notebook is closed after latest Windows 11 Update

Hello Sumit,

unfortunately my fix seems not to be working properly either. It worked at first but doesn´t anymore.

I have since then tried reverting to a previous version but with no luck. The problem seems to persist.

I considered it being a hardware issue, Meaning the Notebook doesn´t realize the lid is closed. But that wouldn´t explain why my previous fix worked temporarily.

What is your thought on this?
